Experience physical, mental and social benefits of group walking.
Explore and learn more about our city, nature areas, and each other!
Inspire others in Saint John to begin walking regularly to improve their health.
Begin a “walking assessment” of our neighbourhood to identify needed changes for safe walking, such as improved sidewalks or new crosswalks and
Most of all!! Have fun together outside!!

We also plan to offer a training workshop for those who would like to become walking leaders!

Come and join us every Thursday rain or shine from 12 to 1 pm at 66 Waterloo Street.

Youth event at Shiktehawk @ Camp Shiktehawk

This youth event is for middle and high school youth of the area. It will be a fun time to get together and enjoy the great winter activities with other people your age.
3:30pm – 8pm. $8 per person.
Activities include big group games, skating, sliding, snowshoeing & xc skiing. Supper will also be provided as well as a band and a speaker who will present a thought for the day to end proceedings.
